Stratford Police are searching for a painting they say was stolen from a home in the city.
SPS says they were informed on Monday about the painting that was taken from a residence on Eagle Drive on the evening of August 25th.
The 2 feet by 3 feet painting is described as a field of poppies in the foreground with mountains in the background and has a gold frame.
It’s believed it was discarded along Delamere Avenue after it was stolen and was likely picked up by an unknown person on Saturday, August 26th, or Sunday, August 27th.
Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
