One person is dead after a collision involving an off-road vehicle near Atwood.
First responders were called out to the crash on Line 72, east of Perth Road 158, around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday night after Perth County OPP says a passenger vehicle and an off-road vehicle collided.
One person in the off-road vehicle, a 70-year-old from Toronto, was pronounced dead at the scene and the driver of the passenger vehicle was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation into what happened continues and the road is expected to stay closed in the area for several more hours.
