Enjoy a family-friendly style quiz competition this Saturday in Stratford.
The Livery Yard, a downtown coffee shop, is hosting a Cafe Quiz at its location on Downie Street.
Liesa Hartman from the Livery Yard said pub quiz nights are popular but not always best suited for the entire family.
“I’ve always loved doing pub quizzes, and I mean they’re pub quizzes…generally you can’t bring the whole family.”
Hartman saw the opportunity for a family-friendly event.
“So I thought wouldn’t it be fun to have a family-style cafe quiz for everybody to join in.”
Instead of a fee for the quiz, Hartman asks for monetary donations for Shelterlink Youth services.
This trivia showdown will start at 2 p.m.
