Volunteers at St. Marys Friendship Centre have organized a scrapbooking garage sale.
The cash-only event will feature new and gently used crafting supplies, including paper, handmade greeting cards, stamps, cartridges and embellishments.
Sarah Jones, senior services program coordinator at the centre, said the dedication and effort of volunteers, and the community’s generosity, ensures funds raised directly benefit seniors’ programs, and have a positive impact on their lives.
Anyone with gently used or new scrapbooking and card-making supplies they no longer need can donate them to the scrapbooking garage sale.
The sale is scheduled for April 5 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Pyramid Recreation Centre and admission is free.
Guests may also be interested in attending the Friendship Centre’s monthly scrapbooking crops and upcoming classes.
