The two-part reconstruction of the Erie Street parking lot is moving along.
The lower lot is now open, with the upper portion now unavailable for parking. That portion is expected to be completed by mid-June.
Most of the project is resurfacing but it also includes storm drainage replacement as well as curb, gutter and sidewalk repairs.
The project is expected to cost about $500,000.
Parking remains available nearby at the Kalbfleisch lot, Cooper lot, and on-street along Erie Street and Downie Street.
