Jean Vaneta Rumig, age 69, passed away at her home in Stratford on November 30, 2015. Born April 28, 1946, in Kitchener, Jean is the daughter of the late Ezra and Vera Schwass. Beloved wife of the late Vincent Rumig. Loving mother of Chris Rumig (Lisa), Mary Helen McIntosh (Dave), the late Paul Rumig, Corrine Malcho (Gerald), Theresa Martell, Cathy Amyot (Roger). Grandmother of Evan and Andy Rumig, Mark McIntosh, John McIntosh (Michelle), Brent McIntosh (Liane), Michael Rumig, Rob Malcho (Janette), Janice Johnson (Brendan), Jason Malcho (Deanne), Tammy Wesseling (Rick), Nick Martell (Catherine), Chase Amyot (Amy), Ryan Amyot (Jennifer) and Scott Amyot (Terra). Fondly remembered by 13 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Howard Schwass (Esther), Stuart Schwass (Linda) and Margaret Tugwood. Also predeceased by brother Willard Schwass, grandson John Paul Rumig and brother-in-law Bill Tugwood. Jean worked at Blackstone/Valeo for many years until her retirement.
