Festival Hydro says it is the first step in creating a Micro-Grid in Stratford.
Mayor Dan Mathieson says this is another example of Stratford’s ability to attract and create unique partnerships to give residents and businesses unmatched advantages.
The battery storage facility will be able to hold enough power to provide one hour of electricity to 10-thousand homes.
