Investigators are looking for anyone who knows anything about a dog biting incident in Stratford.
The Perth District Health Unit says in a release that it happened Monday between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the corner of Forman Avenue and Douglas Street.
They say the dog was being walked by a woman who was with a small female child on a tricycle.
The dog is described as a puppy with tannish and black or brindle hair, possibly a pitbull.
They are searching for the dog to check and see if it has up-to-date rabies shots, if it isn’t found the victim may need to complete a series of rabies shots.
Anyone who knows anything about the incident is asked to call the Health Unit.
