A crash on Highway 401 near Dutton has claimed the life of a Woodstock man.
Police say it happened last Friday when the man was driving westbound near Iona Road and lost control of the vehicle and ended up crashing into the ditch.
They say they believe the man was ejected from the vehicle in the crash and he was airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
A woman who was a passenger in the vehicle was brought to hospital for treatment and then released.
