BREAKING: Stratford Police identify victim in fatal collision

We now know the name of the 19-year-old male killed in a collision over the weekend.

Stratford Police tell the My Stratford Now Newsroom that Eric Millar was killed in the collision that happened early Sunday morning.

Police say a vehicle was traveling down Embro Road around 3:30 a.m. when it hit a boulevard, drove across Erie Street and ended up on a lawn on the opposite side of the road.

Millar was from the Stratford area, according to police.

Two other people in the vehicle are in fair condition in the hospital.

Police say 19-year-old Favian Lee-Allert, from Burlington, has been charged with impaired driving causing death.

He has been released on bail with a surety and is due back in court on November 19th.
