An Ingersoll man has died as the result of injuries suffered in a five-vehicle collision in Norfolk County.
The collision happened back on October 15th when police say a pickup truck that was traveling south on Highway 24 was preparing to turn onto Norfolk County Road 19 East.
They say the truck was rear-ended which lead to the chain-reaction crash.
Forty-year-old Kevin Coutts was a passenger in a pick-up truck involved in the collision and he was one of ten people taken to the hospital.
He suffered life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to a hospital in Hamilton where he was pronounced dead in hospital on Tuesday.
Police say the investigation into the crash continues and charges are pending.
