An inquest will be held into the death of Edward Irvin.
Irvin was killed while on the job at a construction site on April 23rd of last year in Oxford County.
It was announced today that the inquest will begin on September 10th at the Waterloo Region Courthouse.
The inquest, which is expected to last three days, is mandatory under the Coroners Act.
