Stratford Liberal supports are getting ready to welcome a central figure in the party.
John Fraser, interim leader of the Ontario Liberal Party, is coming to Stratford on Thursday for a barbeque with supporters and members of the Perth-Wellington Ontario Liberal Riding Association.
Organizers say the evening will begin with a re-founding annual general meeting where the executive for the association will be formed followed by a speech from Fraser.
The meeting and barbeque are open to the public and organizers are encouraging everyone to come meet John and the new Liberal team.
The evening is taking place at the Knights of Columbus Banquet Hall on Morgan Street beginning at 5:00 p.m.
