The City of Stratford is taking a good look at the fire department.
At Monday night’s council meeting a motion was passed to move forward with an operational review.
The review will examine things like whether the department needs more firefighters.
It’ll also examine the possibilities of a joint dispatch system and a composite fire department made up of both full-timers and volunteers.
