Perth County OPP says they laid ten seatbelt chargesĀ over theĀ Easter long weekend.
Police took part in the Spring Seatbelt Campaign from Friday to Monday with the seatbeltĀ charges, along with a variety of other traffic, drug and alcoholĀ charges, laid.
They’re asking driversĀ and passengers to always take the time to buckle up afterĀ not wearing seatbelts was a factor in fifty-five people dying on OPP patrolled roads last year.
