Slippery and poor road conditions are believed to be behind a collision and a vehicle fire in Wilmot Township.
First responders were called out to the area of Bridge Street and Tye Road around 6:30 Wednesday morning.
Waterloo Regional Police says a vehicle was traveling west on Bridge Street when the driver lost control and struck the bridge.
The vehicle then caught fire as a result.
The driver, a 19-year-old woman from Oxford County, wasn’t hurt.
Anyone with information on the crash is asked to call the police or Crime Stoppers.
