A number of Oxford county residents were in the dark on Tuesday.
Over 1700 Hydro One customers in Blandford-Blenheim, Norwich, Zorra and throughout Oxford were without power for about three hours.
Electricity was restored by 7:30pm, well in advance of the New Year’s Eve countdown.
