Perth County OPP is reminding you that there’s always a risk in sharing intimate images over the internet.
Police say they investigated an extortion incident last Friday after a victim met the suspect on a popular social media platform.
A video was shared, according to police, and then the victim began getting messages demanding money or the video would be shared.
After one payment was made and another was demanded, police were called.
