Construction on the Rotary All Wheels Park in St.Marys is scheduled to begin this fall.
A fundraising campaign started last fall to raise money to revamp and expand the town’s skate park with $100,000 secured from the St.Marys Rotary Club and other donations collected.
The money raised will be used to add several new elements to the park, including a quarter pipe, bowl, and pump track, and the design was chosen during a public engagement period earlier this year.
Construction on the park is anticipated to last for approximately six weeks and it will be closed to the public during this time.
Exact construction dates and details will be posted as the fall draws closer.
