St.Marys is now offering its free shower program on Thursdays.
It provides free showers at the Pyramid Recreation Centre to anyone in need, for any reason.
They are private, secure, and accessible for individuals of all abilities.
The program runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursdays with shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, and toothpaste available at no cost.
