The OPP has identified the woman killed in a single-car crash near Stratford. She was 86-year-old Joan Windeler from Mississauga.
The crash happened Monday afternoon at the intersection of Perth Road 119 and Perth Line 56. Police say the car left the road at the curve, hit a culvert, and ended up on its roof.
