Michael Schweitzer has pleaded not guilty to first degree and attempted murder. He entered that plea this morning in court in Stratford according to multiple reports.
Schweitzer is accused of shooting Nicole Wagler and Tyler Baker in Milverton in December of 2012. Baker survived but the 17-year-old Wagler lost her life.
A jury was also chosen today.
Schweitzer’s trial was supposed to start last March however a change in lawyers led to a delay.
