Eleanor Theresa Bernier (Dowling), age 84, of Stratford passed away peacefully at the Stratford General Hospital surrounded by family on June 22, 2016. Predeceased by her husband Joseph Nelson Bernier on December 26, 1999. Friends and relatives may call at the W.G.
