A London man has been charged with careless driving after a crash that closed part of the 401 for more than nine hours.
The three-vehicle collision happened yesterday morning between Sweaburg Road and Dodge Line. It involved a transport truck that spilled about 450 litres of diesel fuel onto the road.
The Oxford County OPP says the man, who’s 49-years-old, was driving the truck. Three people were hurt; one seriously.
