Art Campbell, 95, of RR5, Mitchell passed away peacefully at Stratford General Hospital on Monday, November 7, 2016.
Beloved husband of Luise Campbell. Dear father of Robert Campbell and Sandy of Kincardine, Don Campbell and Heather of RR5, Mitchell, Jack Campbell and Kim of Schomberg and David Campbell and Lorraine of Grand Prairie, Alberta. Loving grandfather of Kelly Johnston and Jimmy, Jeff Campbell; Lynn Campbell; Galen Campbell and Rose, Lucas Campbell, Hilary Campbell; Brent Arcand and Tara, Mike Campbell, Shane Campbell and Sasha, and Lee Campbell. Cherished great grandfather of nine great grandchildren. Dear brother-in-law of Fred Jung and Reta of RR2, Monkton.
Predeceased by his parents Peter and Magdelene Campbell, sisters Jean Cameron (Allan), Florence Bauer (Martin) and Effie Foskett (Elwood), brothers John Campbell (Rene) and Ken Campbell (Margaret) and sister-in-law Betty Jung.
Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Thursday, November 10, 2016 from 6:00-8:30 p.m. and at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Brodhagen on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Interment in St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery.
