It’s Radiothon Day.
We’re collecting donations for the CJCS-Kiwanis Christmas Basket Fund until 6:00pm tonight.
The basket fund has provided Christmas dinners to area families for close to 40 years. Organizer Dave Evans says it’s as important now as it’s ever been:
You can drop a donation off at the radio station at 376 Romeo Street South. There are Facebook auctions happening all day on both the CJCS and 2Day FM pages.
Donations are also being collected at the Festival Marketplace mall this afternoon. If you can’t make it out today we’ll be collecting donations all throughout December.
