The Stratford Country Club may have a buyer.
A company called Gateman-Milloy has filed a letter of intent with the club.
The letter was filed on November 17th, meeting a bank imposed deadline.
That deadline was part of a forbearance agreement which allows the club to operate while looking for a buyer.
The agreement says the Stratford Country Club must now get an unconditional agreement for sale by December 15th.
The Stratford Country Club is facing significant financial issues and is more than a million dollars in debt.
