A Perth South company is getting some government funding to expand its cheese business.
Scenic Holsteins is set to become the first on-farm artisanal raw milk cheese processing facility in Ontario.
Hans Weber is the owner of Scenic Holsteins.
He says they’ll be getting help from a cheesemaker from Switzerland:

Scenic Holsteins is getting up to $146,260 through the province’s Rural Economic Development program.
