Ken Hunsberger, 64, of Mitchell passed away at Stratford General Hospital on Tuesday, February 18, 2014.
Beloved husband of Sherri Hunsberger. Dear father of Melissa Vanden Hoven and Willy of Mitchell and Jeanette Koonar of Windsor. Loving grandfather of Matthew and Emma Vanden Hoven and Nolan Koonar. Son-in-law of Elsie Mogk of Mitchell. Brother of Kathleen Irving and Gord of Shelburne, Robert Hunsberger and Bernice and Mary Ellen Wright, all of Mitchell. Brother-in-law of Shelley Hunsberger of Mitchell, Sheila Mogk and Neil of Saskatoon and John Mogk and Laurie of Bornholm. Also surviving are his nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Edward and Florence Hunsberger, father-in-law Glen Mogk, brothers Donald Hunsberger and Abraham in infancy and brother-in-law Jim Irving.
Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Friday, February 21, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. A reception at the Lockhart Reception Centre will follow.
