Henrika Van Beek died peacefully in her sleep at Spruce Lodge, Stratford October 12, 2016 at the age of 85. Henrika was born in Etten-Leur, Netherlands. Daughter of the late Sebastian Romme and Maria Luyten. Beloved wife of 55 years of John Van Beek. She is the loving mother of Marietta Glass, (John), Joanne Boyer (Jay) and Catherina Van Beek (Mike). She will be missed by her grandchildren Carter, Mitchell, Brad, Jason, Jessica, Lindsey, Michaela and William. Survived by dear sisters Emerentiana (Emma) Biemans, Sister Marina (Betsy)Romme. Predeceased by Catharina (To) Gommers, Adriana (Jaantje)van de Riet, Maria (Riet) Rommens, Petrus (Piet)Romme, Antonius Romme and Adrianus Romme. Henrika was a member of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Stratford and a longstanding member of the C.W.L. She will be fondly remembered for her green thumb and love of creating art to share with her loving family and friends. Friends and relatives may join the family at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 50 Well Street, Stratford, on Tuesday October 18, 2016 at 10 am for visitation followed by a Funeral Mass at 11am. Reception to follow.
