A St. Marys woman has been charged with attempted murder.
The OPP says officers were called to a home on Line 6 yesterday morning after getting reports of gunfire. An investigation showed that several shots had been fired around the property and that one person was home when officers responded.
Officers then found and arrested 56-year-old Joan Clarke a short time later without incident. The OPP says Clarke and the complainant are known to each other.
The investigation is ongoing and the OPP says they are not looking for any other suspects.
