Flood warnings remain in effect for the St. Jacobs Bridge along with Woolwich according the Grand River Conservation Authority.
New Hamburg’s warning for the Nith River area has been downgraded to a watch but the GRCA still has safety concerns.
The GRCA says it will be regulating flows today as much colder temperatures are here to stay this week.
The St. Jacobs Bridge was closed on Thursday and will likely remain closed until mid-week.
