Michael (Mike) Francis Lennon, age 77, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2018. Beloved husband of over 40 years to the late Marguerite Anna (Kocher) and loving father of Jeanette and husband Michael Szeller of Guelph, Steven Lennon of Toronto, Dianne and husband Scott Mohr of Stratford and proud grandfather of Samantha, Brandon and Nicholas Mohr.
Mike was born in Stratford and was raised on a farm in Ellice Township by the late Aloysius and Julia (Dwyer) Lennon and farmed for most of his life.  He is survived by his brother Tom and wife Betty Lennon of Stratford and sisters Eileen Lennon and Mary Jane Lennon, both of Mississauga.  Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by his wife, parents, as well as his father-in-law and mother-in-law Henry and Bertha (Moser) Kocher.
Family and close friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford. Â In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association through the funeral home.
