The blast of winter weather is affecting power across Perth County.
The lights are off for over 4,500 Hydro One customers.
The utility says they are working on restoring power, and some places have the lights back on, but estimated restoration times for all outages at this point is between 4:00 this afternoon and 6:00 tonight.
We are aware of some power outages in the city of Stratford but Festival Hydro has yet to get back to us.
