Perth County native is the new General Manager of the Ontario Federation of Agriculture

A Perth County native is the new General Manager of the Ontario Federation of Agriculture.

The OFA says Cathy Lennon has been hired in the position and will take over the reins as general manager following the retirement of Neil Currie on August 30th.

A long-time agricultural leader and advocate for the sector according to the OFA, Lennon brings more than 20 years of experience to lead Ontario’s largest general farm organization.

Lennon graduated from the University of Waterloo with a BA in political science and is a Class 9 Advanced Agricultural Leadership Program grad.

The OFA is the largest general farm organization in Ontario.
