“A great discussion with representatives from our local libraries about how the provincial government can work for them.”
That’s what Perth-Wellington MPP Randy Pettapiece is calling a library round table that took place in St.Marys Tuesday.
Pettapiece, along with Billy Pang, the Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport, met with representatives for four local libraries from across the riding,
Topics at the round table included the Inter-Library Loan Service, the value of the Perth County Information Network and development charges.
Pettapiece says in a press release that the information gathered from the meeting will be shared with Ontario’s Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport, Lisa Macleod,
