A trio of charges has been laid against a 47-year-old North Perth resident following a domestic dispute.
Perth County OPP says they were called out to a disturbance at a home on Inkerman Street West in Listowel just before midnight on June 28th.
They say their investigation revealed that one person had assaulted another at the home, and had caused damage to the victim’s property.
The accused was placed under arrest, at which point police say they resisted arrest.
The accused has been charged with Assault – Spousal, Mischief Under $5-thousand and Resist Peace Officer.
A future court date is scheduled in Stratford.
