Police say a 19-year-old from Exeter is fortunate to have escaped serious injuries after he rolled his car this past weekend.
Around 9:30 Saturday night, first responders were called to a single-vehicle crash on Huron Street, west of Exeter.
Huron County OPP say officers found a heavily damaged vehicle approximately 50 metres off the road into a field.
The driver escaped the crash with some minor injuries however his vehicle was completely demolished and he will now have to attend court to answer to his charges.
The teen has been charged with Careless Driving, Young Driver Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) Above Zero and Novice Driver Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) Above Zero.
