Three people are recovering and another has been charged after a collision near Listowel.
First responders were called out to a two vehicle head-on collision on Perth Road 164, between Line 87 and Line 88, around 8 o’clock Tuesday morning.
Police say they determined a northbound vehicle, a passenger van, lost control and entered the southbound lane, striking a Sport Utility Vehicle.
They say the driver of the van was taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries while one passenger of the van and the driver of the SUV received minor injuries.
Five other people in the van were not injured but another vehicle was damaged when it swerved to avoid the collision, and entered the ditch.
A 42-year-old man from Trenton has been charged with Careless Driving.
