Stratford Police say they’ve taken $50,000 in drugs off the streets.

They say they used a search warrant on Monday to go into a home on Brunswick Street in Stratford with three people from the city arrested.

Police say the warrant concluded a month-long investigation into the trafficking of meth and fentanyl.

A 39-year-old man, a 41-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman were arrested and police say they seized 89 grams of fentanyl, 273 grams of meth, a small amount of cocaine and other drug trafficking paraphernalia.

The street value of the drugs is pegged at over $50,000.

The two men face drug related charges.
