It was delivery day today for the CJCS/Kiwanis Christmas Baskets.
People descended on The Local Community Food Centre this morning to pack and ship the baskets out.
Dave Evans is the chairman of the CJCS/Kiwanis Christmas Basket program.
Evans says planning for next year will have to take into account this year’s donation shortage:
661 baskets of food were delivered to families in need in the community.
