A 24-year-old Grand Bend man has been charged with assaulting a police officer in Perth County.
Perth County OPP says they were escorting a male to court when he became combative and assaultive.
He has now been charged with Assault a Peace Officer.
He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charges.
