Perth County OPP is on the lookout for someone who is impersonating a cop.
On Sunday, officers were called by someone who had been stopped on Perth Line 88 in North Perth.
The man is described as white, in his fifties, heavy set and wearing a navy blue outfit with New Balance sneakers. He was driving a black Dodge Charger with bar and lights on the front grill but no markings.
The OPP reminds people that if you are stopped you can ask the officers the name of their service, along with their badge number, rank officer’s badge, and warrant card.
