Here is where Remembrance Day ceremonies are taking place in Stratford and area

Several Remembrance Day ceremonies are set to honour Canada’s veterans in Stratford and around Perth County.

These will all take place Tuesday, organized by Royal Canadian Legion branches.

Legion Branch 8 in Stratford said the ceremony starts at 10:30 a.m. at the cenotaph. It will include a call to remembrance, singing of the national anthem, and two minutes of silence beginning at 11 a.m.

Residents can place their poppies on the cenotaph steps to honour the fallen soldiers after the service.

The ceremony will be live on Rogers TV, or at Ballinran Entertainment’s Youtube channel.

In St. Marys, the ceremony starts at 10:45 a.m. at the cenotaph, followed by the showcase of the Between the Lines: Stories & Signals of World War I exhibit at the museum.

The North Perth ceremony will run at Parkview Gardens in Listowel beginning at 10:45 a.m.

Mitchell’s ceremony starts at 10:45 a.m., with the veterans and colour party march to the downtown cenotaph.
