The Cookies & Carols event is turning 20 this month.
Presentations on Dec. 20 at the Falstaff Family Centre will see readings by Loreena McKennitt and Cedric Smith, with carols and visits from Santa included.
Host Michael Fox describes the event as the essence of Christmas.
“Telling stories, singing songs, teasing kids and driving them nuts, it’s so essential.”
Admission is by donation for Wellspring Cancer Support.
The first presentation starts 3:30 p.m., and the second starts at 6:30 p.m.
