Stratford Makers Market is bringing back its popular Food Fest.
More than 70 vendors and three food trucks will be on-site at the Rotary Complex on Saturday from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Selections include coffee, bread, butter tarts, preserves, hot sauces, perogies, candy, curries, tomato sauce, frozen pizzas and meat pies, fresh baked pies, cookies, and pretzels.
Proceeds go directly to Stratford House of Blessing.
Sara Clarke, owner of Sara Clarke Designs and co-event creator, said it’s a way to bring several food vendors together.
“We host markets in Stratford, and we often had a lot of food-related vendors applying to these markets and we couldn’t host all of them, so we thought last year, let’s host a food-only market for Stratford.”
“Last year was our first year for this, and after the event we had amazing feedback from the community on it, all of the vendors wanted to come back for a second year.”
Organizers have expanded the seating area.
Entry is by cash donation.
