It’s a day-long celebration of community and heritage.
The Stonetown Heritage Festival is returning in St. Marys on Saturday, scheduled to run from 8 a.m. until late evening.
Town officials say several activities and events will take place throughout the day, including the farmers market, Kinsmen breakfast, family activities, face painting, lawn games, attractions, free heritage walking tours, bus tours, and live music.
Tourism and Events Manager Kelly Deeks said the festival is a celebration of what makes St. Marys special.
Shuttles will depart the Pyramid Recreation Centre and St. Marys Wellness Centre parking lot to either town hall or the Green Bridge near Milt Dunnell Field from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Also featured are a magic show in the town hall auditorium, the St. Marys ghost walk, and the third and final day of the Kinsmen Summer Fest.
