It might be a good idea to just stay in this weekend with some frosty weather in store.
Environment Canada is calling for a low of minus 17 Friday night with the wind chill making it feel like minus 21 in the evening and minus 27 overnight with the risk of frostbite.
Then on Saturday, we are expected to see a high of minus 11 with the wind chill making it feel like minus 27 in the morning and minus 18 in the afternoon with a risk of frostbite.
There’s also some now on the way, with as much as 2 centimeters Friday night adding to what we have already seen fall.
That’s prompted the weather agency to issue a Blowing Snow Advisory for the area.
