A wintry blast is on the way for the end of the week in the Stratford area.
Environment Canada Warning Preparedness Meteorologist Trudy Kidd says the snow will start falling between mid-morning and noon on Thursday and it will be heavy at times.
She says there could be some rain mixed in with the low-pressure system moving through the region.
“You’re hopefully not surprised, but often people are when they’ve gotta head home and the roads are a mess.”
By the time it’s all said and done on Friday, Kidd says we could as much as ten centimeters.
