With another bout of hazardous winter driving in Perth County in the form of ice last night, the OPP is sharing driver safety tips.
Constable Laura Lee Brown says police have had a particularly difficult time managing speeding in rural areas, one of the leading causes aside from distracted driving in winter crashes.
Brown says the weather has been extremely unpredictable with weather warnings and statements ranging from snowfall, to snow squall, to heavy rainfall warnings all in the span of the last two weeks.
Slowing down in the winter time is your best bet to keep you and other drivers safe.
